The relationship between colleagues is great — everyone supports each other and the atmosphere is positive. The work-life balance is quite good compared to other airlines, and the company culture is friendly and respectful.

It can be difficult to take vacation exactly when you want, but that’s understandable considering the nature of the cabin crew schedule and flight operations.
