No growth, poor leadership, lack of policy, they don't give out any information to there employee's. They have serious trust issues. They belive to be the best and the world just don't do business like them. They want you to believe you are family and they care. Which maybe the reason why they don't do good business. I'm a professional I want to be treated like one, not a step-child or a distant unfamiliar cousin twice removed. They offer leave and benefits after 1 year of service. They still use paper checks
