Employee culture is amazing. You won't find many diverse companies like this in the midwest. This is one of those places where you make lifelong friends. They really strive to hire amicable, personable, hard-working people. It's very rare that they have employees that don't hold their weight. The hiring department is doing something right! If you are lucky enough to secure one of the few promotions, you'll probably end up with a lifelong career. Laura R, Courtney T., Maria G, and Yesi keep TAFS running smoothly.

There aren't many opportunities for career growth and so it's most likely a pitstop on your way to a stronger career. Changes were never implemented strategically, and it can feel like a "see what sticks" approach. They also demote, swap, promote, and fire management often enough that it's impossible to blame them. There is a hint of Nepotism at play here but I feel that's pretty normal for a family-owned company. You take the good with the bad.
