Best organisation for passionate recruiters, excellent learning opportunities - Recensione dipendente - Recruitment Consultant presso TALPRO

I have been associated with Talpro for almost a year and I can proudly say I love being a part of it. Talpro basically works on freelance model. I am working as a part time employee (although I never felt like that, I have involved myself with this organisation to the extent that I feel I'm no less than a full time employee) ;) The pros are as follows: 1) Very systematic approach towards the recruitment process - From resume submissions to interview feedbacks, everything is very organized. 2) Excels in IT recruitment and the niche profiles where in incentives and earning potential is very high. 3) CEO - Bhaskar who is well versed the intricacies of recruitment process and actually understand it well. 4) Proper and timely interview feedbacks. 5) Greater level of transparency 6) Best for those who are really passionate about recruitment but couldn't do a full time job due to family obligations / personal reasons.
