I work here for 6+ years now and had good learning arc over the years, especially in the DSL domain. Very supportive and trusting leadership and they empower the team to express & implement new ideas. The growth opportunities are amazing, I personally honed my technical skill here, and grown to mentoring and leadership roles. Despite lots of changes in the industry, here the work environment is very stable, positive and highly motivating!

The work is very rewarding, but its a niche domain, so you need to be highly motivated with a strong appetite for learning, or it would be hard to fit in. While the compensation has been good, as seniority grows, offering more diverse benefits would add even greater value
