      The resources you have easy access to can be limited because it's a small company. As a service support focused company, new ideas have to be accepted by the customer and they can be stubborn.

      I enjoyed my time with TAPE, they were kind and understanding, if you are a solid employee they do their best to take care of you and look at for you.

      Svantaggi

      There is very, very little interaction between management and employees on a contract. On the contract I was on, there was no opportunity for raises even if you had a perfect annual review.
