      Good community, highly motivated students, beautiful campus

      The board does not prioritize teachers' well being. They rather continue building luxury facilities than give teachers a raise or improve their working conditions. They demand a lot and do not give enough. I left because of the decline in benefits.

      As a student teacher, none. For full time teacher's the starting salary seemed low compared to other private schools.

      Good working atmosphere, good students, beautiful campus, close knit community.

      Svantaggi

      No retirement plan, lowering salary, cutting budget, no sense of direction, take too long in making decisions. The best teachers are overworked.
