I’ve had a really positive experience working at this company. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both my team and leadership. The work environment is collaborative, fast paced, and there’s a genuine emphasis on communication and respect across all levels of the organization. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity for growth and development.

Management is heavily focused on revenue and often overlooks employee development and morale. There is little accountability for leadership decisions, and promotions and salary increases can feel based on favoritism rather than performance. Long work hours are common with limited recognition or additional compensation.
