Great to work with customers and suppliers

Very weak leadership at the top. They really have sub-optimized the entire company. If led properly they could easily double their profitability. Very high turnover of their best employees leaving the company with only weak and unengaged employees.

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
