      They discourage bottlenecking and encourage open communication. Leadership is willing to hear from anybody and they do their best to make changes. There is amazing benefits and generous raise opportunities. The CEO cares about al the employees, if someone doesn't like him, it's because they haven't taken the time to know him.

      Emphasis is always on output and performance - never on morale or teambuilding. Holidays are a rare priveledge and overall you should expect to work late every day and often during holidays. Their strategy is not to build a lasting and strong team, but rather just grind out editors until they leave so that TBNR can hire new editors and never raise wages
