Toxic, passive aggresive enviroment within the publicity department. Very political. Ratio of women to men in this department is concerning. They got rid of toxic VP that moonlights as "nice" and the department has changed but the toxic people I speak of are still employed there so tells you all you need to know. You also work for multiple people, do overtime and don't get paid for it.
