Got bought out by a corporation Got rid of bonuses No longer allowed to work from home Don’t plan to review pay any time soon Performance metrics are meant to make people “strive to do better” so they are made unattainable, the only way to meet them is to do everything they tell you you shouldn’t do, but really they encourage those actions.

It used to feel like a family and people cared. We used to have the BEST workplace in Oklahoma. It used to be fun to come to work. I miss those days.

Uninformed, uncaring and "checked out" leadership. New owners had no real idea what they were doing. Sketchy changes and turnover created chaos. They took the heart out of this once thriving business. I had to leave to save myself.
