toxic team - Recensione dipendente - Data Entry presso TC Energy

In my experience, the team culture did not reflect what I had expected. It often felt like success depended more on who you knew than on the quality of your work. I found the management approach to be unsupportive, ruthless (sweet to face but vindictive behind the back) and I felt that people could be let go without clear justification or transparency without any humanity. The way i was treated has a significant emotional impact on my mental health and its been a work processing the trauma and seeking therapy . There is no kindness and its a ruthless culture with lot of backstabbing. You can only survive based on who you know. Hardwork wont matter much. Worst experience ever.
