Driver - Recensione dipendente - Truck Driver presso TC Transportation

The old worksite in south san francisco was a good workspace with friendly co-workers. As a dock assistant i did not have many difficulties as most of the heavy machinery equipment was new.

The location was good for business but not ideal for commutes. The only con that come to mind would have to have be older moving trucks (that may have been cycled out at this point) that had some power issues on steep hills.

great money ! but you grind many hours in a pressure cooker environment for them dollars Pat-- shift supervisor...great guy---over worked

no freight tracking system , stone age method,freight jugglers,jam packed warehouse-no room to move,dispatcher (Randy) will probably have a stroke on the job , route drivers think there gods, find lost freight in their warehouse everyday, old equipment (forklifts), short staffed all the time , to many 12 hours days, warehouse is so jammed up with freight its dangerous incoming freight not pre logged with house air bill numbers and destination (which im told there saposta be doing anyways) so warehouse ppl can move freight in a more productive manor , you want freight moved smoothly from truck to next destination then make your drivers log it so warehouse ppl dont have to stop several times per truck find out what it is and where it goes , should be able to grab freight and verify on manifest and put in location for next step.
