So many projects can be overwhelming at times. Easy to get lost in the warehouse. The temperature in the building fluctuates from room to room, and day to day.

- Management likes to set people up to fail. This often results in getting written up, forced to quit, being fired. -Company takes on too much at one time with only a skeleton crew to take care of it. - Office drama. - Managers/Employees talk down to others. - Many S.O.Ps change weekly leaving you the feeling of no direction. It is crucial to have a standard operation procedure for the work that is performed there. This concept seems lost on them. - Account managers baby the client to the point of looking as if they have no spine. - Pay is lower than it should be for the headache.
