Dispatchers run the drivers and it doesn’t make sense how they operate. A Driver can sit for 3-5 hours then they want to send you back to the port at the very end of the day. They don’t take into account that when you finally make it out of the port and back to the yard that you may still have to sit in traffic for hours before you can make it home when the do that. Very bad work/life balance!
