Fast promotion growth...due to people being fired all of the time over the silliest things... or nothing.

Even faster firing rate. Have to fight tooth and nail for money owed after being let go. The company has/had a policy of firing people almost as fast as hiring them. Then spending all efforts to make sure that bonuses and final paychecks are not honored. Most people give in and stop fighting, which adds to the companies bottom line.
