      Meeting culture (too many, no purpose to most), excessive bureaucracy intended to reduce risk but is mostly window dressing that reduces efficiency. Outdated tech. Internal SLAs are horrible (4 days) compared to customer facing SLAs. Hard to get anything done. A culture where everything is urgent but nothing has a deadline.
