Direct management and upper management do not care for you at all. You are a number. You will be scrutinized for every little thing you do. You do things the way they tell you to do them, they will lash out and tell you that's not how it's done. They do not have your backs at all. You would be better off working for a different, better bank than this one. Do not be fooled by the surface.
