"We're a family", large and stressful sales goals TD wants us to push as many products as we can to each customer. Constant coaching with reporting manager who reviews our weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. Just incredibly sales heavy, not really a place for learning. If you really want a career here would have to stick it out through retail banking for 3-5 years then hope to get into corporate.
