      The company is viewed favourably by many people in term of culture. People are in general very courteous and helpful.

      Some jobs requires long hours, with relatively lower-than-industrial pay. Promotion usually comes from internal transfers - it seems that same class joiners are promoted together, so promotion may come slower than expected for hard workers who wants to get ahead.
