Very poor salary. Unreasonable workload. Upper Management in loan operations does not know what they are doing. No appreciation from the Management. Management try to take advantage of you. The employee review system is rigged. You will never get more than "I", no matter how much you contribute to the company. Worst company to work for ever. That is why TD is like a "revolving door". People don't last long. Very high turnover.
