The call center is really bad - management doesnt recognize hard work or interest in performance Lots of favoritism, gossip and politics The executive side seems not so bad tho, but the call center is awfully organized, no one is on the same page Awful training, poor coaching, no encouragement, no one is on the same page as far as policies and procedures, no advancement, poor pay, worst raises, broken morale, management poorly capable - quit as soon as finished college
