If you don't make TD your life you will not advance or have a pleasant employee experience Less than truthful senior management No empowerment or trust given to employees Advancement based on ability to repeat corporate dogma rather than results and ability Lots of talk about work home life balance but in truth the expectation is that work is first and home is a distant second. Many branch supervisory and management staff do not have the ability or experience to be effective managers. No ability to question why things are being done and when you do explanations are vague and rarely supported by fact.
