      The Pay and Paid Time Off are good. The options for health and dental were nice. The 401k program matches your first 3%.

      Unrealistic sales goals. And workload. The company worries more about perception than their actual goals and direction. Employees are merely cogs in the machine. This used to be a great company, but is now just another money grubbing super-bank.
