- great co-workers - competitive pay for tellers - great benefits

Svantaggi

- overworked and underpaid - no work/life balance - management does not support you vs. the customer - they care more about money than the customer (extremely sales driven) - not flexible with schedules - decisions are made by people who don't work in retail and they don't have a darn clue how anything in retail works - sales goals will continue to increase even if 1) you're in a pandemic 2) people aren't spending as much money 3) virtually anything. your sales goal will always increase and the external environment is not factored into this increase.
