      Compensation was OK when first hired. PTO policy was nice, when you could take it.

      I do not think there is enough space to list every con within this bank! Management- RMM's- unless you are a golden child who likes to kiss rear ends, forget about advancement. Manager favoritism is rampant! NO SUPPORT AT ALL FROM MANAGEMENT (all levels) HR is an absolute nightmare! Good luck trying to put together a staff! Word to the wise... Do some research and see how many times this bank has been sued. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE! I spent 3 years of my life there that I will never get back!
