There is definitely a feeling of low power distance because the CEO and CFO are both very approachable and try to develop a personal relationship with everyone.

Vacation and sick days cannot be used until after making one year. Very little holidays are given. Being out sick in the first year means taking leave without pay.
Moving up within the company may also be difficult due to the relatively small workforce and low turnover.
