      Arrogant leadership that is top-down, Leadership lacks clarity, Crappy work in the name of strategy. Don't waste your time if you are from a management consulting/strategy consulting background. The leadership sits in US and would not hesitate to set calls at 11 PM local time leading to worst work-life balance
