Great company to work for.

I think the office I was in was unorganized.

Modern church with exciting staff that are interested in reaching people in the Matthews, NC area. Casual work environment and close-knit staff. The lead pastor is very accessible. Collaborative environment and tons of volunteers who want to be involved.

As with most church structures, there's not much room for advancement. Budgets are tight. Hours include some week nights and most Sunday mornings for services.
