To watch an awesome job turn into a turd is a shame. This company used to be great to work at. They were always stingy with money but you didn’t feel like the place was falling apart either. The company soured the last few years. A lot of nepotism in this company exists where the bosses hire their relatives or friends with no related experience and those people tend to make problems. Employees are poorly trained. The companies inability to resolve field problems because of departments fighting with each other is just so sad. Customers are completely frustrated. Technicians need better training. Company needs better products
