Yikes - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso TEC Systems

Ownership and management is awful. Terrible communication and information sharing. The company was unable to adjust to the post covid life. It shutdown all offices outside of NY and laid off about ~33% of its work force across all of the company. No warning, they just ripped out the rug underneath everyone's feet. I have no doubt upper management knew but NO one else did or was warned. Absolutely terrible company image. Potential Employee beware. If you are looking for a new job and have multiple offers, you might want to shuffle this one down towards the bottom unless you are desperate. Do not expect direction from management. Training is weak at best.
