Vantaggi
Training is excellent for sales/networking Paid perks like lunches with your clients, car allowance, etc. Some people do care about your professional development (they are just few and far between)
Svantaggi
TEK shoves the "culture" down your throat, but when push comes to shove it's fake. They tell you work hard and you'll earn so much money, but it depends heavily on a lot of factors that are out of your control. They treat each market the same (and it is not equitable at all). So an AM in a small market has to handle 5x the clients to get anywhere near making as much money as an AM in a larger market and some AMs are handed territories that are already active and some are handed completely blank slates which takes a lot more to build. There is no patience if you don't get results immediately. Nothing is ever quite good enough in that environment. Work life balance suffers greatly. You are expected to work a standard 50 hour week and still told to be successful you need to come in early and/or stay late. If someone cannot do their job in 40 hours a week, that's a problem for their individual well being.
