The industry/job itself can be tough. There is a bad stereotype out there for recruiters and you are always the "middle man." It can be a roller coaster ride as people tend to put you in bad business situations on a regular basis. Must be resilient, good problem solver and not take things personally. TEKsystems does have some micromanagement that can be frustrating but the reality is that all sales companies are number based and the "micromanagement" does help make sure you are NOT in a position where a few months in, you are out of work because you didn't hit your numbers. If you are doing well and bringing in sales for the company, there is less micromanagement, so just work hard and smart!
