They are notoriously horrible at communicating, partly due to almost constant turnover (seemingly) of recruiters and account managers and each new person I dealt with seemed clueless as to my placement, skills, rate, and even on the actual length of employment on existing contract. Very in-personable bordering on unprofessional. When I did hear from them it was merely so they could get leads into company I was at or see if I knew anyone they could place somewhere else. Also, several times they called me announcing my contract termination date was approaching while the client I was at either already renewed the contract or communicated with me and TEK of their intention to renew. Yet when my contract did finally end recently they reached out to me two different weeks later asking why I had not submitted time recently!
