Fun, friendly people. Clean work environment. Good coaching and quality assurance. Good starting compensation and benefits.

Svantaggi

Soul-sucking work. Shady policies from upper management. Almost non-existent work/life balance. Everything is constantly tracked. Getting a shift covered/traded can be difficult. Lack of training for off-shore reps leading to several misdirected calls and wasted time. Limited options to assist customers.
