Friendly environmnent, you can find relatively interesting projects, nice office. If you reach productivity you can take extra breaks. I like my project but don't really like the call center itself.

The pay is low. With bonuses, it goes from ridiculous to slightly less ridiculous. They say that you can move up into the company but really it seems that this privilege is for Bulgarians only. Team leaders remind you of productivity - some of them don't do much, they remind you of adherence to the rules -some of them don't adhere to all of them, and the company is just cheap. They always try to postpone the day of giving out salaries and if they can retain some money from you, they will.
