Large corporation operating in a regulated industry makes it slow to adapt and fix operational support concerns which can be quite frustrating at times. But TELUS has the capabilities to focus and understand market forces. Various cultures exist where some management teams are more focused to the growth of their employees, while others can be micro-managers.
