Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso TELUS

Could make more money elsewhere... wages are ok but not competitive anymore. Management are bullies and are very clicky... if you don't fit into their group you don't stand a chance. Operations managers are very rude, abrupt and don't care if they hurt people. Too many politics and not enough career growth options.
