-Most bosses are horrible -Seriously harsh office politics -Questionable benefits cuts -Questionable Finance Team -Forced Volunteering -Non-attendance in co-curricular activities is rated against your performance. Always schedules co-curricular activities on rest days/family days. -25x7 work weeks turn into 24x7. OT is paid, you just lose personal/family time. -Training, all done in-house, insufficient and rare.
