1. There are some good leaders in the company but most are lost, confused, or with a legacy mindset of 1990's 2. There are a lot of politics & bureaucracy; similar to any big companies but not as bad as many Canadian banks 3. There are a lot of opportunities at the working level but very limited growth opportunities to move up the ladder 4. TELUS used to be considered as a high-tech company in the 2000's but exciting high-tech opportunities are very rare within TELUS in recent years
