Very challenging technical job, great training programs in the past. Clean, safe work environment. Good pension plan, acceptable salary.

Svantaggi

Extreme disrespect and arrogance from executive leadership for frontline workers, a definite (lack of) class system. Gradually eroding job security and benefits, with good Canadian jobs being discontinued in favour of outsourcing and offshoring jobs. Profits are continually up, executive compensation is up, numbers of executive jobs up (3 levels of vice president now), performance pressure up, number of actual workers down.
