Very lousy management HR is super slow TLs are VERY unprofessional TLs have favoritism to the point that they dont value your work anymore. If they don't like you, they will do everything in their power to make you suffer, even though you are doing a great hob work wise, if they don't like you, none of it matters. They take all things very personal (WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)
