Due to the size of the organization you can end up touching a lot of different aspects of the business and there are lots of learning opportunities and developmental opportunities available. Flexible work styles is a major selling point.

Moving up the ladder is very difficult. The company likes to hire externally or through referrals rather than promote from within most of the time. Salary increase is 10% max per promotion without escalation to the VP level. Management does not often take the initiative to discuss your career so you have to keep it front and center on your own.
