Avoid this company - Recensione dipendente - Pricing Analyst presso TForce Freight

Awful! I relocated myself and daughter to VA for this job and company only for them to lay me off abruptly. I was never written up, I put in 60 hrs weeks with no extra comp. I outpaced all my peers but somehow was let go with no explanation. I was likely a DEI hire. This company does not value people. Provided a two week severance off of a 65k salary. Management is clueless, they don't know their numbers and everyone's just fumbling through it all. The culture is trash, there are no formal reviews nor coaching or professional development. Company lies about bonus and time they do pay it, it's spread over quarters. Worst decision I ever made.
