The management always think of sustainability and comfortabilty of team members financially. The management team is interested in our personal growth. I like the mid month allowance and food food allowance benefit, very helpful and the pay is always on time.

A major con is because we work globally, we work almost round the clock. Also there is so much work that when you go on leave everyone is occupied to pick it up so you still have some skeletal work to do.

I work with people from all over the world and I love that. Very high commissions that make you ignore your salary. Always working on a new project

Lots of work, can be very tasking. CEO is a workaholic and pushes that on everyone at a pace that isn't healthy, he doesn't do anything outside work and expects that from us which can be draining.
