you need to work for 24*7 hrs. They ask you to work on Saturdays and Sundays too. You don't have a right to take a leave, if your are taking a leave, you need to cover the same by working on Saturday and Sunday. If you refrain form working on Weekends, they will ask you to resign deliberately. They only provide salary if you have HDFC bank account, otherwise no salary. Ignore abt personal life, you cant even sleep or take rest if you are sick. work for home was like, opening a laptop in the morning and never shut it. I will never recommend anyone. They supports healthcare domain. They literally stole the design by having the demo meeting with another product, and will share the recording or join the call in disguise and clear all the technical things and develop a software clone.
