If you are white, they make you feel like you are what is wrong with the world. CEO thinks she is Oprah. Once the new CEO was hired they no longer care about their clients. The goal is to run RAFV's and lock as many participants into TIAA traditional as possible. They push wokeness and DEI. Most managers throughout the company are promoted because they are a woman or a minority. The culture sucks and employee morale is the worst I have seen it since I was here.
