1. Not a good place for the highly motivated or driven as status quo is valued. 2. Compensation adequate as profit doesn't seem to be a key driver. 3. Career opportunities are extremely limited once you hit Supervisor. 4. Strategy is set and not followed. 5. Conflict and silos exist and are not resolved. 6. Supervisors and managers are not highly valued in the organizational structure. Only lip service is paid to their needs.
