Bosses do not have agency background so things are run differently. Expect a lot of frustration between bosses and creatives. Senior suits have quit so current suits are all new to advertising (under 3 months) and briefs are skimpy/not well done. Projects take months to reach FA stage and FAs have to be done multiple times wasting your entire day. Remaining creatives are just there to transition between jobs. It is common to get scolded by the resident creative ‘queen’ so brace yourself. Office has not been cleaned in years. Be prepared for a filthy carpet and nymphs and ants on your desk.
